How Moving Billing & The 1.5× Hold Work
When booking your Merthyr Tydfil to Cardiff move, our system calculates an upfront estimate based on direct mileage and loading time. We place a temporary 1.5× pre-authorisation hold on your card. If unexpected motorway congestion or narrow multi-flight staircases slow things down, your driver is compensated for every extra minute worked. If your move is completed quicker than planned, you are only billed for the exact minutes used, and the unused hold is instantly credited back to your account.
Merthyr Tydfil to Cardiff Removals FAQ
How does the per-minute payment work for a move from Merthyr Tydfil to Cardiff?
You receive an upfront estimate before confirming your booking. We place a temporary 1.5× pre-authorisation hold on your card.
